Using the traditional chord progressions we then develop embellishments that enrich the harmony and spice up the rhythm. Grace notes & Ghost notes are covered in a stepwise manner using a traditional Waltz (3/4) meter. I’ve composed quite a few Riffs (short pieces of music) in the Country Genre.
